Steps:
Plagiarism checker free. Setup up the BIOS settings: Check out the screenshots of the BIOS settings below:
Insert the iAtkos DVD into the DVD drive.
Once at the installation page, choose language, click next.
Utilities > Disk Utility.
Click on Partition tab.
Select Volume Scheme > 2 Partitions
Adjust the size of the 2 partitions accordingly to how much you need. Usually I would set the first partition to about atleast 160GB and the second partition to be where the rest of the overall disk space. I do this because I store my files on the second partition, just in case anything happens to the first partition, I wouldnt have to erase the second partition.
Click on Options…
Select GUID Partition Table or Master Boot Record.
I chose the GUID Partition Table as I will only be using OS X as the only operation system. If you are intending of having Windows installed, select Master Boot Record.
Click Ok.
Close Disk Utility.
Click Continue.
Click next.
Select the first partition, then click on Customize.
Use the following settings to select the options for customizing your VM900M hackintosh setup.
Bootloader > AnVAL Loader Patches > /Extra directory Patches > fakesmc Patches > Disabler Patches > RTC > RTC Patches > EVO Reboot Drivers > Main Hardware > SATA/IDE > VIA SATA/IDE Drivers > Main Hardware > SATA/IDE > AHCI IDE Drivers > Main Hardware >Â Sound > Voodoo HDA Drivers > Main Hardware >Â Sound >Â Apple HDA 10.6.2 Drivers > Main Hardware >Â NTFS-3G
Click Ok.
Click Install.
Now go out for a cup of coffee. Once installation is done, eject the iAtkos DVD. We don’t need it anymore. Enjoy the introduction screen 🙂
Go through the setup, everything else is up to you to decide but you will need a password.
Click continue to reach the desktop.

Notes:
While updating from 10.6.7 to 10.6.8, my hackintosh hanged, leaving me no choice but to reinstall OS X from the start.
As long as you are using any Core 2 Duo processor that is compatible with the VM900M motherboard, you do not need to install any processor kernels.
The NVEnabler.kext that is linked has been proven to be successful in detecting my 9400 GT graphics card. Other graphics card is at your own risk, which you can do so but need to prepare to perform some trial and error to find the most compatible kext.
